Emerging Artists Competition Introduces High School Students to "The Sound of Art!"
The “Sound of Art!” rang out on April 8 on USCB’s Beaufort campus, when the annual Emerging Artists Competition brought talented high school juniors and seniors to the Center for the Arts. This annual event is a juried exhibition by the Studio Arts Program of USCB.
New Endowed Scholarship Supports International Studies at USCB
Retired USAF colonel Wallace Hollinger of Sun City has established the Wallace and Gerda Endowed Scholarship at USCB in memory of his loving wife. The scholarship is for students involved in international programs, including study abroad.

OLLI Program is Growing USCB's Impact in the Lowcountry
Osher Lifelong Learning Insitute (OLLI) is an educational program for people over 50 at USCB. OLLI offers classes that are short courses that are offered to its members. These courses are non-credit courses and are not graded. OLLI isn’t just at USCB but has expanded to 125 college institutes across the USA. OLLI is also an independent, nonprofit organization affiliated with a network of colleges across the US.

Bride-to-be Sam Haering is taking USCB Sand Shark pride to a new level: She’s letting a group of students plan her wedding.
